1. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a place in the competition. Only 20 contestants are accepted on a first come basis and must be confirmed prior to the deadline as a qualified operator by a Komatsu Representative.

2. To be considered as a contestant, you agree and understand that:

     a. You will review and understand the "Competition Guidelines, Course & Penalty Information" and "FAQ - Frequently Asked Question" which will be mailed to you prior to the competition.

     b. You agree that you will be able to participate on September 6th and on September 7th if you advance to the Final rounds.  

     c. You are responsible for all your own lodging, meals and transportation
